What better than a warm summer evening swinging jazz or rhythm and catchy Blues? During July, you have this many opportunities in different places in the vicinity of Lake Como. The concert series under the name "Festival Lago di Como - Lario Jazz & R'n'B" experienced this summer already its eighth edition. Upcoming concert dates (not exhaustive) are:
Sunday 18 July, Appiano Gentile, Parco Villa Resnati, Maurizio Solieri band. Blistering rock from one of Italy's leading guitarists. Admission free.
Thursday 22 July, Fino Mornasco, Parco Communale (City Park), "Mississippi Blues Night" with Cedric Burnside & Lightnin 'Malcolm and Angelo Leadbelly Rossi Band. Eyes to your ears - and you feel like in the deepest South. Admission free.
Saturday 24 July, Gravedona, Piazza Trieste Orario, concert with Diane Blue & Morblus Blues Band. Admission free.
Tuesday 27 July, Torno, Piazza Casartelli, second appearance of the Diane Blue & Morblus Blues Band. Admission free.
