The Golden October is the best time for an eventful and enjoyable trip to Lake Como. A good overview of the wines of the valley you can get at the event "in Morbegno Cantina": On weekends, between 1 and 17. October open the local Winzer your wine cellar, a tasting of typical dishes and the Valtellina cuisine. It's best to log on to the Ufficio Turistico in Morbegno (Piazza Bossi, Tel +39 0342 601 140) to one of the informative wine tours!
